Quentin Greban is a famous Belgian illustrator. The artist was born in 1977. He began by creating comics and humorous illustrations, and from the age of 18 became interested in illustrating books. In an interview, the artist admitted that he was particularly influenced by the films of Jean-Pierre Genet and Tim Burton, as well as paintings by Alphonse Mucha. The first book with his illustrations was published in 1999, and a year later he won the prestigious Saint-Exupery Prize for a series of illustrations. Also for several years his drawings became the best at the Bologna Book Fair. Quentin Greban has his own unique style, in addition, he is able to "bring" stories closer to children, to make famous stories not only understandable but also close to young readers. Quentin Greban has illustrated more than 50 books that have been translated into many languages. Each new book of this ordinary magician is a gift to all fans of his work and a certain sign of quality. After all, there are still many meetings with the heroes of the books. The secret of his success is very simple: genuine kindness, a child's view of the world and unbridled imagination.
